When can I check-in?
Our standard check-in time is 02.00p.m. However, you will also be allowed to check-in when the room is ready before that time.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed around the area.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is ready from 06.00 a.m to 10.00 a.m in Asarasa Restaurant.
How many maximum people in one room?
3 People (2 adults with 1 child)
Is smoking in the room allowed?
Smoking is only allowed in rooms with smoking area.
When do I have to check-out?
Our check out time is at 12.00 pm.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation or change of booking has to be made 3 days before the check-in date. It’s highly suggested to contact us directly by phone for this issue..
Is bringing children an extra charge?
No, if you don’t add an extra bed.
What payment methods are acceptable?
We accept payment by Cash, Debit card, and Credit card.
